bruce55Il chitarrista di Freehold ha annunciato la pubblicazione della ristampa di "Darkness on the Edge of Town" in una confezione super lusso. L'uscita è prevista per il 16 novembre e conterrà 3 cd e 3 dvd.  "Someday (We'll Be Together)", "The Brokenhearted", "Save My Love", "Ain't Good Enough For You", "It's A Shame" e "The Little Things (My Baby Does)" sono alcuni dei titoli degli inediti presenti nella confezione. Il cofanetto conterrà la versione rimasterizzata dell'album originale, più due cd con rarità ed inediti. I tre dvd conterrano un concerto del 1978 a Houston, una raccolta di brani live del periodo1976-78 e il video con l'esecuzione integrale di "Darkness" ripresa ad Asbury Park nel 2009. Il primo dvd contiene anche il documentario "The Promise: The Making of Darkness on the Edge of Town", un film di un'ora e mezza girato da Thom Zimny che verrà presentato al Film Festival di Toronto il 14 settembre prossimo.
